Role Description The Senior Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations and ensuring efficient delivery of Opus Health’s products and services. This role will design and optimize operational processes, implement KPIs, and manage cross-functional workflows across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. The Senior Operations Manager will lead and mentor a growing operations team, coordinate resource planning, and support strategic initiatives that enable scalable growth. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational bottlenecks, improving internal systems, and partnering with leadership to drive continuous improvement. This role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to align operations with business goals, maintaining compliance with relevant policies, and supporting a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong operations leadership experience, including process design, optimization, and implementation of performance metrics in a growing or technology-driven organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, coordinate stakeholders, and drive alignment across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
• Experience in people management, including performance management and building high-performing teams.
• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and using tools (e.g., spreadsheets, BI platforms, CRM or operations systems) to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Background in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS environments is highly beneficial, particularly with exposure to payment workflows or compliance-sensitive operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
• Hybrid / Remote Option - Collaborative mindset and openness to working closely with product and technology teams.
