Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including performance, billing and P&NL.
• Weekly syncs with Operations Managers and Team Leads; one-on-one coaching.
• Meet with Senior Management and clients to drive business growth.
• Interview Operations Managers, Team Leads and Quality Analysts; promote department culture.
• Scale operations, drive performance management and retain employees.
• Ensure KPIs (CSAT, AHT, Resolution rate) are met consistently.
