Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Operations or related leadership roles.

• Strong analytical and financial acumen with KPI and forecasting experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Responsibilities

• Design, improve, and standardize cross-functional operating processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Lead day-to-day operational engine including capacity planning and workload balancing.
• Monitor delivery risks and drive fast, effective resolution across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Creative, Media, Strategy, Technology, and Finance.
