Responsibilities

• Lead operation with focus on client relationships and superior service.
• Hire and train frontline staff; ensure training tools are available.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash control and expense reviews.
• Prepare budgets and monitor P&L; manage procurement and vendor needs.
• Supervise staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety standards; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Support revenue optimization through rate studies and customer marketing plans.
