Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Senior Facility Manager to lead daily operations at our Houston location. You’ll drive client satisfaction, manage a team of attendants and maintenance staff, and oversee budgets, cash controls and compliance with safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with proven leadership and strong communication skills. This role offers solid benefits and growth within a large nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and team motivation capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and react quickly to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premier customer service to clients.
