• Drive monthly business reviews, risk governance, and audit readiness.
• Coach and develop a high-performing, inclusive team through succession planning.
• Oversee metrics, staffing, volumes, and service levels to sustain performance.
• Collaborate with related functions to resolve cross-functional issues.
