• Experience presenting to executives and strategic stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment.
• Manages projects and directs activities of a team on special initiatives.
• Advises as a technical expert and provides direction and training on new initiatives.
• Builds relationships with business partners across Lines of Business.
• Defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs and projects.
• Develops roadmaps for performance platform enhancements and technology transformation.
• Develops workflows and process maps to improve efficiency, scalability, and risk management.
• Maintains strong relationships with LOB partners and process stakeholders.
