Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Senior Operations Consultant within Wealth Management Performance Operations. You will oversee daily workflow across performance functions, shaping processes and resolving investment performance outliers.

The role requires designing end-to-end operational improvements and guiding projects with senior stakeholders. You will build strategic roadmaps for platform enhancements, monitor KPIs, and drive efficiency, scalability, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of wealth management products, investment performance, and data sources.
• Experience with investments and investment products.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders and vendors.
• Experience presenting at the executive level and driving strategic communications.
• Ability to define operational strategies and roadmaps for technology or platform enhancements.
• Experience establishing and monitoring operational metrics.
• Strong decision-making to balance risk and efficiency.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with high quality and accuracy.
• Root-cause identification and sustainable corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workflow for one or more performance operations functions.
• Design, development and improvement of performance operations processes.
• Identify and resolve complex investment performance outliers and inquiries.
• Lead design and implementation of complex products, systems, and services.
• Manage projects and direct activities of a team on special initiatives.
• Provide guidance and training on new complex initiatives.
• Build relationships with business partners across Lines of Business.
• Define responsibilities for key programs and projects.
• Develop roadmaps for performance platform enhancements and tech transformation.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Manage complex assignments with minimal oversight.
