Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Prior management or supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of EN ISO 13485 is a plus.
• Lean techniques (5S, Kaizen) and strong office software skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance.
• Develop and oversee manufacturing and operational strategic plans and oversee implementation.
• Formulate policies, programs, and objectives affecting schedule, quality, and cost of manufactured products.
• Ensure on-time delivery as committed to customers.
• Direct production and coordinate maintenance and TPM program within cost objectives.
• Lead and develop plant teams; promote safety and 5S culture and excellent morale.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with HR to appraise performance and ensure training.
