Job summary

Tecomet, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager of Operations to lead manufacturing and logistics teams. You will shape strategic plans, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality and on-time delivery of products.

Your role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of lean manufacturing (5S/Kaizen), and the ability to build high-morale teams while maintaining OSHA-compliant safety and GMP-like quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing management experience.
• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with EN ISO 13485 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing and logistical operations to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Develop and implement strategic manufacturing plans and TPM program.
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget, quality, and safety standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to plant personnel and promote 5S and continuous improvement.
