Job summary

PECO Pallet Inc. in Canton, OH, seeks a Regional TPM Site Operations Lead to drive day-to-day performance across safety, quality, cost, inventory and engagement. You will lead TPM teams and own location performance while aligning with TPM partners and senior leaders.

You will manage budgets, mentor staff, deploy standard work, and push continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, and throughput. This role requires strong data skills and factory leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in manufacturing/operations with at least 3 years in a manager role.
• Ability to partner across departments and lead effectively in a team environment.
• Strong data/KPIs analysis to drive decisions and operating improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with enterprise software systems.
• Forklift operation ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to TPM employees, owning overall location performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Inventory, and Engagement metrics.
• Maintain, optimize, and report on location budgets and expenses in partnership with the TPM Supervisor.
• Mentor and develop TPM staff—coaching skills, elevating capability, and building a strong bench.
• Continuously seek better ways to operate, improving safety, product quality, and operational throughput; champion best-practice sharing across locations.
• Prepare and communicate operational performance reports that illuminate workload, resources, and trends for leaders and frontline teams.
