Job summary

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will develop high-performing teams, drive Lean initiatives, and coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet production targets and support long-term site growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in high-volume production.
• Experience leading supervisors and frontline production teams.
• Proven track record of improving safety, productivity, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a manufacturing department while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and engagement.
• Drive KPI performance including Safety, Quality, OEE, Yield, scrap and downtime.
• Coach and develop Supervisors, Team Leads, and hourly employees.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and HR to meet production targets.
