Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in maintenance management; 2+ years in leadership.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead TPM strategy to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
• Oversee AM/PM/QM/FI pillars and KPI governance.
• Lead TPM team and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor OEE, MTTR, MTBF and report to management.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new tech.
• Ensure safety compliance and budget management.
