Job summary

ThermTech, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Resource Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing resources, personnel, and materials across multiple Wisconsin sites. You will lead maintenance coordination, safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts aligned with company goals.

Key duties include coordinating staffing, leading weekly meetings, and developing training programs while ensuring TPM/Lean compliance and site readiness.

Qualifications

• Engineering/technical degree or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years heat-treating experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and training employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of manufacturing resources, including personnel and materials.
• Lead weekly Operations and Maintenance meetings with the Maintenance Manager.
• Support TPM, Lean, 6S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate labor allocation and staffing to meet production schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality objectives and employee development.
