Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager, Operations to oversee all aspects of a Fulfillment Center site in Patterson, CA. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure safety, quality and customer experience across inbound or outbound flows.

The role emphasizes setting expectations, measuring results, and partnering with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and peers to secure resources for strategic improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with 3+ years in operations/engineering roles or a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in similar roles.
• Experience leading site operations, Lean initiatives and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and a team of Operations and Area Managers.
• Coach and mentor teams to meet performance objectives and build leadership bench strength.
• Drive Lean and quality initiatives to meet business plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer experience for inbound or outbound operations.
• Set expectations, measure performance, and hold managers accountable.
