Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years direct management experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment.
• Experience with performance metrics and Lean techniques.
• Full staffing lifecycle experience including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination.

Responsibilities

• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process changes and Lean initiatives to meet and exceed the business plan.
• Oversees safety, quality, performance and customer experience for either Inbound or Outbound operations.
• Sets and clarifies requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and holds teams accountable.
• Leverages managers to source ideas and develop improvement plans for their area.
• Shares best practices across departments, shifts and the network.
• Coordinates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and others to secure support for projects.
