Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Site Leader in Patterson, CA to oversee a large Fulfillment Center, guiding a team of Operations and Area Managers. You will manage budgets, drive productivity, and lead strategic initiatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration across HR, Finance, Safety, and IT. You will mentor leaders, participate in recruitment, and align operations with safety and quality metrics while building

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations experience
• Experience in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations

Responsibilities

• Owns and delivers the operational budget for functional area, including safety, productivity, financial and labor planning, and operational goals for outbound or inbound operations
• Provides strategic long-term planning (3, 6, 12 months) including labor planning, rate forecasting, and peak season planning
• Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity
• Networks with other leaders to share process improvements and drive efficiencies and cost savings
• Establishes objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience
• Mentors and develops leaders and staff
• Participates in recruiting to identify and evaluate candidates for promotion and hire
• Works with HR, Finance, Maintenance Engineering, Safety, IT and other leaders to secure support for projects
