Talent Solutions Partners in the Freehold, NJ area is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced manufacturing site and champion continuous improvement. You will coach a multi-shift team and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, partnering with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics to hit safety, quality, and cost targets.

You will report to the Site Manager and focus on workforce development, performance management, and structured training in a 24/7 operation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Seven+ years in operations/manufacturing leadership.
• Experience in pharma/personal care/food/bev manufacturing.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments.
• Direct and indirect reports (≥100).
• Root cause analysis & corrective actions.
• Experience running 24/7 operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent is preferred.
• Budget management experience.
• ERP experience and knowledge of manufacturing systems.
• Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability and cost targets.
• Designs and deploys continuous improvement strategy using Lean/Six Sigma (5S, Kaizen, standard work).
• Coaches and develops supervisors, team leads and workforce; oversees hiring/onboarding.
• Collaborates with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics to eliminate failures and support site objectives.
• Manages budgets, labor planning and operating expenses; advises site leadership on goals and growth.
