Connectly Recruiting is seeking an Operations Manager for a Freehold, NJ site. The role leads a fast-paced manufacturing team, driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives while coaching supervisors and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Seven+ years of manufacturing operations management experience.
• Experience in pharma/personal care/food/beverage manufacturing.
• FDA regulated environments experience.
• Led 100+ direct/indirect reports.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Experience running 24/7 operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Budget management experience.
• ERP experience.
• MS Office (Word/Excel) proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability and cost targets.
• Designs and deploys Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement strategies (5S, Kaizen, standard work).
• Leads supervision and team development; oversees hiring and onboarding.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning and logistics.
• Manages budgets, labor planning, and operating expenses; advises on capital investments.
