Job summary

CTDI is seeking a General Manager to oversee account management, customer relations and branch operations. You will lead the program management team and work with the customer to build strong, ongoing partnerships while identifying opportunities for new business across CTDI branches.

Key responsibilities include meeting service levels, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating with IT, HR, Accounting, and Quality to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of proven Operations management experience.
• 10+ years in high-volume distribution/3PL/manufacturing/forward logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service levels and quality performance goals are met.
• Lead process improvement and standardization across branch operations.
• Communicate with customer and internal departments to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Prepare reports and analyses for customer or CTDI.
• Support safety programs and OSHA/state safety compliance.
• Ensure building security requirements are followed.
• Report to Director of Program Management for a major CTDI customer.
