CTDI is seeking a General Manager-level leader to oversee account management, customer relations, and operations for a major CTDI customer in Haslet, TX. The role will manage the program management team, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and performance.

This key management position is responsible for account management, customer relations and operations facilitator. This will include managing and leading CTDI program management team. The General Manager will work directly with our customer in an effort to build and maintain a positive working relationship on behalf of the corporation as well as helping to develop new business opportunities for the branches.
