Qualifications

• Four years or more of progressive hotel operations experience, with significant Rooms Operations exposure.
• Leadership experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Rooms Division or similar.
• Experience collaborating with Front Office and Housekeeping leadership in a large, full-service hotel.
• F&B experience preferred, especially breakfast service or related leadership.
• Prior department head or senior Rooms Operations leadership required.
• Strong understanding of Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, guest service, service recovery, labor management, budgeting.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop managers and hourly staff.
• Ability to build colleague engagement and a positive team culture.
• Customer-service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Creative thinking and practical operational problem-solving.
• Knowledge of Agile Ways of Working.
• Ability to leverage guest and operational data to inform decisions.
• Effective communication across departments and leadership levels.
• Calm, organized, and professional under multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational support for Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Eques, and other hotel ops.
• Partner with area leaders to ensure consistent execution and service delivery.
• Support planning and budget-related activities for operations.
• Participate in Manager on Duty coverage during weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Be a visible, hands-on leader ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Coach and develop managers and hourly colleagues in Hyatt service expectations.
• Drive staff engagement, staffing, payroll accuracy, and productivity within guidelines.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and enhance guest journeys.
