Qualifications

• Ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and associates
• Service-oriented with professional presentation skills
• Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in Rooms Division
• Front Office supervisory experience preferred; flexibility in scheduling
• English written and verbal communication is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office operations and staff scheduling
• Coach and counsel staff to Hyatt standards and procedures
• Maintain guest room inventory and assist in daily hotel spa operations as needed
• Ensure effective inter-department communication, especially with housekeeping
• Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly to guarantee satisfaction
• Analyze guest feedback and drive improvements in service and processes
