The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage staffing, vendor relationships, and sustainability initiatives while maintaining Hyatt service standards.

Qualifications

• Progressive hotel housekeeping or rooms management experience.
• Leadership in housekeeping or laundry operations.
• Strong understanding of guestroom, public-space, and laundry quality standards.
• Ability to improve guest satisfaction and cleanliness scores.
• Ability to coach, motivate and hold colleagues accountable.
• Commitment to sustainability and efficient operating practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping and laundry operations, focusing on cleanliness and service delivery.
• Oversee guestroom, public areas, back-of-house, linen, and laundry operations.
• Maintain inspection programs for guest rooms and spaces to ensure standards.
• Develop staffing plans that support service standards and colleague growth.
• Manage labor productivity within approved budgets and goals.
• Maintain inventory controls for linens, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with vendors and purchasing to ensure quality and pricing.
• Promote sustainability practices throughout operations.
