Job summary

Caring for Others is seeking a dynamic Operations Leader to drive performance across multiple locations. You will standardize operations, build high‑performing teams, and deliver scalable growth while ensuring compliance and profitability.

Travel to sites, lead QA audits, partner with Finance on budgets, and report progress to the Executive Team. A background in healthcare or in-home care is strongly preferred, with exceptional leadership and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multi-site operations with accountability for performance and growth.
• Strong financial management of budgets, forecasts and costs across complex orgs.
• Exceptional leadership with coaching and development of teams.
• Strategic thinker capable of disciplined execution and urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration.
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and operational accuracy.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, or regulated industries preferred; in‑home care a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance across multiple sites, including KPIs, service delivery, efficiency and accountability.
• Travel regularly to identify obstacles, fill gaps, develop staff, conduct QA audits and lead industry surveys.
• Execute growth strategies and evaluate systems, vendors, and partnerships for ROI.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgets, cost control and profitability decisions.
• Ensure location compliance with regulatory, licensing and contractual requirements.
• Coach and develop Operations staff and report KPIs to the Executive Team.
