Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an Operations Manager – DDLC Support to lead day-to-day delivery operations for DDLC task areas across multiple sites. You will plan, coordinate, and manage resources to meet SLAs, budgets, and performance standards.

The role requires managing a dispersed workforce and subcontractors, enforcing standardized processes, and driving continuous improvement with IT, security, and facilities partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing IT/ops projects of similar scope.
• Experience managing Federal government contracts including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships and contract compliance.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across IT, logistics, security, and other functions.
• Current secret security clearance and US residency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas across multiple sites, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities, staffing, and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Manage baselines for cost, schedule, and performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities to ensure infrastructure and support services are in place.
• Oversee subcontractor onboarding, scope, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Implement standardized processes and metrics aligned with CMMI Level 3 and Agile practices.
• Monitor risks, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain risk/issue logs.
• Develop, maintain, and present operational reports and dashboards on volume, throughput, SLA attainment, and workforce utilization.
• Provide people leadership to dispersed teams, including performance management and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, information security, and client governance.
