The role emphasizes strategic initiative leadership, cost and labor control, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee staffing, training, and execution of standards, while driving revenue growth and maintaining a safe, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Willing to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive team member relations, including effective delegation of managerial duties and fostering high staff morale.
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs to meet or exceed budgets.
• Ensure execution of staff training programs.
• Ensure staffing levels and management coverage meet business needs and maximize customer experience.
• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through best combination of food, drinks, and games.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
• Continuously improves operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to standards and procedures.
