Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to provide leadership and direction on strategic initiatives for front- and back-of-house operations under the General Manager.

You will drive revenue growth, control costs, and maintain high staff morale in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment environment. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with operating standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive team relations and delegate managerial duties.
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs.
• Ensure execution of staff training programs.
• Ensure staffing levels and management coverage meet business needs.
