Affirm, Inc. is hiring operations enablement leaders to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our operations.

You will set the vision for readiness, drive cross-functional initiatives, and partner with product, engineering, and compliance to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You will own end-to-end program delivery, develop governance practices, and build knowledge resources for both human and AI agents.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations experience.
• 3+ years in fintech or financial services with scale and coaching.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations such as UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training tools (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS).
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with strong execution and stakeholder alignment.

• Collaborate with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations.
• Deliver executive-ready communications on status, risks, and impact.
• Identify risks and drive data-backed resolution with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to drive scalable improvements and compliance.
• Manage end-to-end changes from design to adoption and measurement.
• Create and maintain clear manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Evolve knowledge management systems for scalability and accuracy.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable operational content.
• Oversee training design and delivery with measurement and feedback.
• Collaborate to improve customer and agent experiences.
