Job summary

Affirm, a remote-first company, seeks a hands-on program operations leader to scale servicing experiences across the Operations organization. You will define readiness for people, processes, and enablement systems, partnering with Product, Engineering, Compliance and vendor teams to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in program management, strong regulatory knowledge, and a track record of delivering complex initiatives with executive-ready communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations
• 3+ years in scaling operations and coaching teams
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations such as UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR
• Certifications in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives with strong execution and measurable outcomes
• Strong skills in strategic planning, issue/risk management and cross-functional execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to deliver executive-ready updates
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis
• Experience building workflows within a regulatory environment

Responsibilities

• Own and lead cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs
• Define program roadmaps and monitor KPIs, timelines and budgets
• Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes
• Establish governance and deliver clear, executive-ready status updates
• Identify risks and dependencies and drive data-backed resolutions with stakeholders
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and scalable improvements
• Manage end-to-end change management, adoption, and measurement
• Create clear manuals and resources for human and AI agents
• Develop and evolve SOPs, learning platforms, and knowledge tools
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable resources for teams and AI agents
• Oversee training strategy from onboarding to new product rollouts
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve customer and agent experience
• Expand program scope across adjacent domains as needed
