Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Jointly accountable for Branch financial results and budgeting.
• Monitor and reconcile branch revenue and expenses.
• Lead operational improvements to increase efficiency and client value.
• Coordinate action plans with Branch leadership and regional teams.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard Operations staff and support onboarding.
