Job summary

You will develop and cultivate relationships within the branch and with clients, vendor partners, and cross-functional teams, guiding performance and delivering solutions aligned with client cultures and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with solid client service/claims experience.
• Experience supervising a team and managing client relationships.
• Strong communication, coaching, and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service teams to deliver exceptional service for Gallagher’s clients.
• Manage 1–2 client relationships and oversee renewals to hit targets.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliant operations and effective coverage solutions for clients.
• Support consultants in winning new business through client meetings and discussions.
