Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Branch Client Service Manager III to deliver top-tier service to a portfolio of accounts within a branch. You will work directly with the Branch Client Service Director/Supervisor to ensure client retention, satisfaction, and profitable growth.

Responsibilities include leading renewal efforts, expanding services offered, and building strong relationships with client buyers and day-to-day contacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years client service/claims mgmt experience or 10+ years with HS/GED.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, efficient service to internal and external clients.
• Lead renewal process in partnership with Production team to provide best solutions.
• Drive cross-sell of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Cultivate relationships with buyers and client representatives to secure renewals and growth.
