Job summary

ALSO is seeking a Senior Staff Deployment Strategist, Operations to lead end-to-end deployment of operations software across manufacturing and supply chain. You will drive data models, decision logic, and a daily development cadence with coding agents, delivering measurable visibility from factory to customer.

You will report to the Enterprise Data leadership and collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, finance, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building operations, manufacturing or supply chain software from zero to production.
• Experience owning the data model and decision logic in enterprise systems.
• Daily LLM-native development with coding agents and evaluation methods.
• Deep SaaS platform experience integrating QMS, TMS, WMS or ERP.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end visibility from factory to customer, including inventory and shipment status.
• Develop planning engine across supply chains: material planning and build queue.
• Coordinate supplier loop with PO confirmations, forecasts and pricing.
• Manage physical moves and track-and-trace from CM to customer.
• Close the quality loop and trace defects to supplier charges in the financial system.
• Stand up a thin app for visibility of quality, transport and warehouse processes.
• Instrument work flows and automate without creating unnecessary steps.
• Collaborate with teams to ship improvements and empower ownership.
