Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Operations & Logistics Associate to join our Deployments team. You will coordinate and execute hardware and software deployments across multiple product lines, managing both domestic and international logistics and ensuring alignment with ERP systems.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Growth, Technical Operations and warehouse partners, delivering white-glove service and driving continuous improvements in deployment operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain or deployment operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments and prioritize to drive outcomes.
• Experience with ERP systems in logistics or operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts and influence without authority.
• Experience with domestic and international logistics including complex shipping.
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Record of identifying process improvements and actionable solutions.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment execution across multiple product lines, domestic and international.
• Systematically manage forward-deployed inventory and mirror hardware status in ERP/Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth and Operations to move deployments forward.
• Deliver white-glove service for international shipping and ensure compliance.
• Proactively propose improvements to deployment processes and procedures.
• Communicate status clearly using Jira, Slack and email with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior associates and model best practices in deployment operations.
• Identify and remove obstacles to keep deployments on track in fast-paced settings.
