Job summary

ALSO in Palo Alto is seeking a Senior Staff Deployment Strategist, Operations to build an integrated operating system for end-to-end vehicle production and delivery. You will own data models and decision logic across manufacturing, quality, and logistics, and lead through architecture and code with cross-functional teams.

You will drive end-to-end visibility, planning across supply chains, supplier coordination, and the physical movement of goods, while embedding with the team to ship

Qualifications

• 8+ years building operations, manufacturing or supply chain software from zero to production, owning the data model and decision logic.
• Daily LLM-native development with coding agents such as Claude; include contracts, tests, evals and review.
• Track record of rapid iteration: delivering working software to users quickly and improving based on real usage.
• Willingness to travel internationally to contract manufacturers when required.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end visibility from factory to customer for WIP, yield, genealogy and shipment status.
• Develop the planning engine across supply chains: material planning, ATOP, and build/fulfillment queues.
• Manage supplier loop: PO confirmations, dates, RFQs, design changes and tier-forecasting.
• Oversee physical moves: booking, importation, track-and-trace from CM to 3PL to customer.
• Close the quality loop with inspection, deviations, warranty tracing and supplier chargebacks.
• Stand up a thin app for quality/transport/warehouse visibility and automate processes with owners.
• Embed with process owners, enabling them to ship their own improvements and adapt systems.
