Job summary

ALSO is building an operating system for making and moving vehicles, from CM production to the customer’s door. You will drive end-to-end visibility, planning, and governance across supply chains, ensuring data accuracy and scalable, automated decision-making.

You’ll collaborate with manufacturing, quality, finance and commercial teams to institutionalize processes while leading through architecture and code. This role requires on-site Palo Alto presence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building operations or supply chain software from zero to production.
• Experience with data modeling and decision logic in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to implement and automate end-to-end planning and quality loops.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end visibility from factory to customer: WIP, yield, genealogy and shipment status.
• Develop planning engine for materials, available-to-promise, and build/fulfillment queues.
• Run supplier loop: PO confirmations, RFQs, design changes and tiered forecasting.
• Execute physical moves: booking, importation, and track-and-trace.
• Close the quality loop: inspections, deviations, and supplier chargebacks.
• Stand up minimal apps for quality and warehouse visibility and automate them.
• Automate processes with stakeholders and demonstrate owner-driven improvements.
