• Exceptional leadership skills to organize, plan, schedule, and balance workloads across multiple functions.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to interface with management, customers, and government representatives.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and drive change management for new processes and tools.
• Demonstrated customer-focused mindset in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Deployment Operations across multiple divisions and business lines, defining long-term frameworks.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing Deployment Operations team with succession planning.
• Foster a collaborative, mission-focused culture and ensure accountability for impact.
• Oversee global deployment strategy and resource allocation with senior leadership across teams.
• Build strategic relationships with internal partners and external customers.
• Serve as the primary liaison for deployment status, issues, and escalations.
• Champion new tools and methodologies to streamline logistics and field operations.
• Evaluate deployment processes and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
