Responsibilities

• Analyze key performance metrics such as Guest Satisfaction, Speed of Service, Brand Audits, and Training Completions to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose underperformance and provide strategic recommendations that enhance restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Use guest feedback and operational data sources to support continuous improvement initiatives across the restaurant network.
• Evaluate operational pilots and test initiatives by analyzing performance data and providing recommendations for scaling successful initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and consistency through benchmarking, performance tracking, and operational insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau) to monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Prepare recurring performance reports on metrics such as drive-thru utilization, hours of operation, guest satisfaction, and operational compliance.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and narratives for leadership, field teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Explore AI-driven analytics and automation to streamline reporting processes and improve forecasting.
