Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analytical role within Operations, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses; Snowflake preferred.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation; Streamlit is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting for data/logic/reporting issues.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze restaurant-level operational metrics to identify performance trends and opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analyses to improve operations and guest experience.
• Design and evaluate market tests and pilots with proper sample sizing.
• Build and maintain reporting tools in Snowflake and Python, including automated reporting.
• Prepare regular performance reports on key metrics and support ad hoc analyses.
• Propose improvements to remove manual work using Python, Snowflake, and AI tooling.
• Document approaches so improvements apply across the team.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with RBI data teams to fix root causes.
