Firehouse Subs is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, coach a fast-paced team, and uphold brand standards. You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving profitability.

You’ll guide hourly staff, manage inventory, and ensure cash control and security procedures are followed, with a focus on developing future leaders in a purpose-driven environment. Join a purpose-driven brand built on service, teamwork, and community.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first leadership mindset with strong communication and team development skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions in a dynamic setting.
• Commitment to delivering great guest experiences and upholding Firehouse Subs standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation by supporting daily restaurant performance and ensuring standards are met.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to provide fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming environment.
• Develop people by coaching hourly staff, building skills, and strengthening performance.
• Support profitability by managing inventory, placing and receiving orders, and following cash control procedures.
