Firehouse Subs is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, mentor team members, and partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role emphasizes service, teamwork, and accountability to support growth and brand standards.

You will guide teams to ensure fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming environment while focusing on inventory, orders, and cash controls to protect profitability and assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• People-first leadership mindset with strong communication and team development skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation by supporting daily restaurant performance and ensuring standards are met.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to provide fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming environment.
• Develop people by coaching hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, building skills, and strengthening performance.
• Support profitability by managing inventory, placing and receiving orders, maintaining assets, and following cash control and security procedures.
