You will develop dashboards, generate insights, and support cross-functional initiatives that improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role partners with Operations, Marketing, Digital, Finance, and Training, translating analytics into practical recommendations for field teams and franchise partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of analytics experience.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and present insights.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze guest satisfaction, speed of service, and training data to identify trends and improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reports (Tableau preferred) for leadership and field teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate analytics into action and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and integrate multiple datasets for reliable insights.
• Prepare executive presentations and support test markets and pilots.
