Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Workplace and Facilities Operations Analyst to serve as the primary onsite contact for New York and New Jersey locations. You will support day-to-day workplace services, occupancy coordination, and service-request follow-up, ensuring smooth operations and safe, well-managed spaces.

You will collaborate with the CBRE Facilities Manager, building teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to document, escalate, and resolve workplace and facilities issues across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of relevant experience or combination of education and related experience.
• Experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, office management, or client-service environments.
• Experience supporting multiple locations preferred.
• Familiarity with service requests, work orders, occupancy management, or free-address environments is preferred.
• Strong client-service, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for day-to-day workplace operations across assigned locations.
• Support free-address operations, seating, reservations, guest accommodations, and related escalations.
• Coordinate occupancy audits, space information, seating plans, and workplace changes.
• Conduct routine inspections focusing on cleanliness, safety, functionality, and service delivery.
• Initiate service requests, monitor progress, and communicate status through resolution.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager, building management, vendors, and service providers to address concerns.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate party for technical, safety, regulatory, or financial matters.
• Assist planned maintenance, moves, and workplace improvements through scheduling and onsite follow-up.
• Facilitate visits for leaders, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate workplace engagement activities and onsite event logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, occupancy, service requests, escalations, and actions.
