Job summary

Connexion is seeking a Sr. Onsite Associate to support warehouse operations and customer-facing project coordination in an electrical distribution environment.

You will manage inventory, assemble material lists, and coordinate shipments while delivering exceptional service onsite to clients and internal teams. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and experience with electrical materials, warehouse processes, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or electrical distribution environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using warehouse management, ERP, or project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and organize incoming electrical materials.
• Pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Assist with project startup coordination and material lists.
• Create and maintain customer ship-to accounts and project pricing.
• Coordinate shipment of materials to job sites.
• Interact with customers onsite to gather information and provide updates.
• Support project management by understanding timelines and material requirements.
• Perform inventory adjustments and cycle counts.
