KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate for an hourly, non-exempt role. You will help manage tools and materials, keep accurate inventory, and support jobsite deliveries for electrical construction projects.

You’ll receive, verify, store, and stage gear; coordinate deliveries with a one-ton truck; track stock in COINS and Quickbase; inspect tools; and help keep the warehouse safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• A safe, clean driving record and ability to operate assigned company vehicles.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent requests and changing priorities.
• Experience with electrical construction tools and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Pay: Negotiable based on experience

Schedule: Generally 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with flexibility to support field needs

Reports To: Logistics Manager
