Ampacity, LLC is seeking a Field Customer Success Specialist to be the face of our electrical team on customer sites. You will ensure shipments, counts, and interactions reflect reliability and precision, acting as the connection between warehouse operations and the job site.

This role is on-site in the field, requiring frequent travel and real-time problem solving to prevent issues and accelerate project timelines. Expect outdoor work, wide-ranging sites, and a dynamic workload.

Qualificações

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, materials management, construction, or field services.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors on active sites.
• Strong communications and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite support for customers receiving electrical goods and shipments.
• Execute counts and inventory verification against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Identify shortages, damages, or missing items and drive fast resolutions.
• Manage RMAs from initiation to closure.
• Serve as the customer’s on-site point of contact and coordinate with internal teams.
• Document site visits and reporting with clear records.
• Travel to customer sites as needed, up to 80%.
