Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography. You will guide regional Managers, drive growth, and ensure delivery excellence across client and candidate experiences.

In this role, you will develop regional strategies, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Growth Operations, Sales and Implementation teams to expand share of wallet, increase temps on assignment, and optimize profitability while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish, maintain, and leverage effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Ensure team members understand strategy, are trained, and set up for success.
• Recruits, develops, and motivates Managers to drive growth and sales.
• Coach managers on team management and performance evaluations.
• Conducts ongoing training on policies and procedures.
• Audit Onsite and Branch activities to ensure optimum service levels.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key clients at the C-level.
• Create mechanisms to gather feedback from candidates and associates for continuous improvement.
