Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography. You will guide regional Managers, drive growth, and ensure best-in-class experiences for clients, candidates, and associates.

Lead strategic plans, optimize operations, and deliver against KPIs while partnering with Growth Operations and implementation teams to scale services and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years’ leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Experience overseeing onsite portfolios and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive sales and service growth.
• Establish and maintain client relationships, including at the C-level, to grow share of wallet.
• Monitor KPIs, SLA targets, and profitability; drive process efficiencies and quality service.
• Coordinate with Growth Operations, sales, and implementation teams for strong client experiences.
