Nordson Corporation in Minneapolis, MN seeks an experienced Onsite IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT assistance, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and collaborate across teams to keep operations running smoothly.

You will own incidents from intake to resolution, communicate clearly with end users, and help improve IT processes with the Service Desk and external vendors. A strong customer-service mindset and solid Windows/AD knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or 5+ years related work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years end-user support experience covering Windows, PC hardware, LAN/Wi‑Fi, mobile devices, Office apps, and remote users.
• Customer service mindset and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to follow established procedures and design documents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, telephony, mobile devices, networks, applications, and cybersecurity.
• Own incidents and requests from intake to resolution in the IT service management system.
• Communicate status and next steps clearly to end users and teams.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and vendors to improve support processes and knowledge sharing.
• Create and document knowledge base articles and contribute to process improvements.
